Graydon W. Skeoch, MD, MBA, is an experienced physician leading Medplus Urgent Care in Fallbrook, California. Dr. Skeoch (pronounced Skee-o) was born in San Diego County to a family embedded in the medical community. His father was a doctor, his mother was a registered nurse, and his siblings are practicing physicians. Dr. Skeoch gained much professional exposure from a young age because of his family, and he is eager to use his talents to help his community.
Dr. Skeoch attended grade school, junior high, and high school in San Diego. He then completed his undergraduate studies at Loma Linda University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at LLU in 1990. Dr. Skeoch attended the family medicine residency at Riverside General Hospital, but he started working in urgent care centers and emergency departments in 1992. Dr. Skeoch began to work full-time in emergency medicine in 1993 and practiced exclusively in the ER at Fallbrook Hospital from 1995 until 2014, with the last ten years as ER Medical Director.
After leaving the hospital, the Fallbrook Regional Health District approached him to help launch a comprehensive urgent care facility in Fallbrook. He opened Medplus Urgent Care in March 2015 at the base of the old Fallbrook Hospital. As of 2018, Dr. Skeoch and his wife, Lori, own 100% of the building and the MedPlus Urgent Care office — an accomplishment of which they are both proud. Dr. Skeoch has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Urgent Care Medicine since 2003. He also completed his MBA in Medical Management in 2015 at La Sierra University in Riverside, California.
Outside of the office, Dr. Skeoch enjoys spending time with family. He and his wife, Lori, recently celebrated 30 years of marriage. Together, they have a daughter Natalie, a son, Nathan, and several dogs. They have lived in the Temecula area since 1995 and enjoy health and nutrition, fitness activities, skiing, golfing, and most sports. They like to travel, especially with their sports teams. They have attended two international Charger games in London, England, and multiple Charger and Padre games throughout the US.
